Bozard Ford Lincoln taps Curbee to be its new mobile service technology program

A Northeast Florida auto group is upgrading its on-the-go repair operation. Bozard Ford Lincoln has signed on with Curbee, a mobile service software platform, to handle scheduling, routing, and customer updates for its fleet of nearly 50 service vans.

The dealership group, which has locations in St. Augustine and surrounding areas, has long offered pickup and drop-off for customers who cannot make it to the shop. But managing that many rolling repair bays used to rely on phone calls, paper logs, and a lot of guesswork. Now, Curbee's system will let Bozard dispatch technicians more efficiently, send live arrival windows to customers, and process payments right at the driveway.

Curbee is not a repair provider itself. It sells the digital backbone for dealers and independent shops that want to run a serious mobile unit. For Bozard, the move is about keeping up with demand. The group says its mobile service requests have grown steadily, especially among customers with busy schedules or older vehicles that are tough to tow.

The new platform also feeds data back to the dealership, so service managers can see which jobs are best suited for the road versus the bay. That helps cut downtime and keeps the main shop from getting clogged with minor work like battery swaps, wiper replacements, or oil changes.

Bozard's mobile team covers a wide stretch of the First Coast, from the beaches to the western suburbs. The company says the Curbee rollout is already live and that customers will notice faster check-ins and clearer communication when a technician is on the way. No word yet on whether the vans will get new paint, but the software upgrade is the bigger story here.
