GRAPEVINE, Texas (July 8, 2026) - Kubota Tractor Corporation has appointed Charlie Kowalski as its new Vice President of Information Technology for U.S. operations. In this role, Kowalski will oversee the company's technology strategy, digital transformation efforts, and IT infrastructure across the country.

Kowalski brings more than two decades of experience in information technology leadership, with a focus on manufacturing and industrial sectors. Before joining Kubota, he held senior IT roles at several large equipment and automotive companies, where he led initiatives in cybersecurity, cloud migration, and enterprise system integration.

His appointment comes as Kubota continues to expand its digital capabilities in the agricultural and construction equipment markets. The company has been investing heavily in precision farming technology, telematics, and data-driven maintenance solutions for its customers.

Kowalski will report directly to the company's senior leadership in Grapevine and will work closely with Kubota's global IT team. He holds a degree in computer science from Texas A&M University and has completed executive leadership programs at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
